About these terms

These terms cover two things: using this website, and the standard commercial terms that apply once you engage us for a project. Where a signed quotation or agreement between you and us says something different, that document takes priority over this page.

Using this website

This website is provided by Sawangville Tech Ventures Sdn. Bhd. to describe our services and let you get in touch. You may browse it and use the enquiry form to contact us. You may not copy its content for your own commercial use, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Website content and accuracy

We try to keep the information on this site — including service descriptions, case studies and prices — accurate and current, but it may change without notice and we cannot guarantee it is error-free at every moment. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular result, such as a specific search ranking or that an AI assistant will recommend you by name.

Prices and quotations

Prices shown on this site are starting prices from our 2026 rate card. Final cost depends on the scope of your project and is confirmed in a written quotation before any work starts. A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation document itself.

Deposit and payment

Unless a quotation says otherwise, projects start with a 50% deposit, with the balance due by milestones agreed in the quotation. Work begins once the deposit is received.

Third-party licences

Premium plugins, themes and other third-party services are not included in a quotation unless it says so. Where a project needs one, we will name it and its cost in the quotation, or ask you to purchase and hold the licence directly.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the website, its content, the domain and hosting access we have set up for you belong to you. Before full payment, all deliverables remain our property.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
