What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service or project type you select, and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send us there.

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies, so we do not collect browsing data about you as you move around the site (see "Cookies" below).

Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare a quotation for the work you have asked about
• Deliver, run and support a project you have engaged us for

Our legal basis

By submitting the enquiry form, or by messaging us directly, you consent to us processing your details for the purposes above. Where we go on to work together, we process your details as necessary to perform that engagement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run this website and respond to you: with our web hosting provider in Malaysia, where this site runs and where your enquiry is saved, and with our email provider (Google Workspace), which delivers your enquiry to our inbox. We do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry or deliver and support your project, and afterwards for as long as Malaysian law requires us to keep business and accounting records.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and withdraw your consent to us processing it. To do any of these, email us at hello@sawangville.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not currently run analytics on it. If that changes in future, we will update this notice to say so before it takes effect.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share with us, including serving this site over HTTPS, limiting who can sign in to the website's admin area and keeping its software up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised — please check back here for the current version.
