In general, it will takes 7 days to prepare mockup, and 4~7 days to develop single page website. On the other type of website (corporate, e-commerce and etc.) it will take 4 day to prepare sitemap and wireframe, 7~10 days to prepare mockup, and 10~14 days to complete the development and deliver.
Its depends on project and requirement. If there are new requirement that not included as per early agreement on quotation, we will charges you accordingly based on the cost that we need to spend on the new requirement.
